Requirements
- Lead and supervise the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level of Customer Services Department
- Deliver best-in-class service and pleasant customer journey to customers
- Lead and supervise the team in driving cross selling activities via inbound call to prospective customers to promote our wide range of banking products
- Ensure all customer complaints/feedbacks are handled in a timely and professional manner. Monitor and analyze all customer complaints to drive corrective actions. Prepare written replies for e-mail enquiries to customers where appropriate
- Manage the day to day performance of the call centre to deliver a best in class service, meeting or exceeding all KPIs and within budget.
- Ensure the operation processes are fully complied with the HKMA’s guidelines and Regulatory requirements
- University degree/ Higher Diploma
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in Financial Industry/ Contact Centre, with at least 2 years’ experiences at supervisory level
- Obtained recognized insurance and securities examinations, e.g. IIQE, HKSI
- Strong banking products knowledge is a must
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good presentation/ communication/ negotiation/ problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English, good command in Mandarin is a plus.
