Our clients are a market-leading company within the banking sector. They are growing their business team and looking for a Relationship Manager Assistant to join them. Candidate will be working closely with Relationship Manager and provide sales support to them on maintaining a high standard of customer and sales services for their affluent customers and handling daily administration support in the Branch.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the assistant of Relationship Managers by providing support in the aspects of customer relationship management, system operation, clerical and information preparation, transaction execution, filing and back-end support
• Assist RM to scrutinize and make intelligent examinations of daily computer reports regarding customer portfolios
• Handle account opening and applications of all banking products and services of affluent customers.
• Handle the phone calls and reply to the enquiries from customers on behalf of the Senior Relationship Managers if needed

Job Requirements

• Secondary education or above with qualifications in IIQE
  
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Retail Banking
• Familiar with banking products, operations and relevant policies and procedures
• Familiar with investment, insurance, retail banking and financial service and relevant legal requirements
• Self-motivated and eager to provide quality customer service
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
