• Handle full set of accounts and month-end closing
• Lead and oversee the daily operations of Accounting Team
• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reports and analysis for management review
• Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions and professionals
• Oversee and support in general office administration including office tenancy, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, inventory management, etc.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for IT related project execution
• Any other accounting and administrative related matters or projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration, with 2-3 years as managerial role
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP system
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Mature, independent, high level of integrity and strong sense of responsibility
• Self-motivated, strong analytical and problem solving skills
