Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly closing and preparation of monthly, quarterly management reporting
• Responsible for AP, inventory, intercompany reconciliation and ensure the entries are submitted accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in annual audit and stock taking preparation
• Perform ad-hoc assignments upon required

Requirements

• Degree/high diploma holder or equivalent in Accounting or Business
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experiences, ideally from a retail / FMCG / sourcing background
• Good communication skill, positive work attitude and able to work with tight deadlines during month-end closing
• Strong sense of responsibility and well-organized
• Strong in MS Excel and Word
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred
