Responsibilities

• Responsible for Account Receivables and related tasks, including billing, revenue recognition, credit controls
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely invoice to customers
• Work effectively with internal and external parties to resolve customer disputes and outstanding accounts
• Manage AR ageing with timely follow up actions
• Prepare month-end reports, reconciliations and analysis for month end account closing and performance monitoring

• Student member of accounting qualification with recognized professional bodies (Member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent professional bodies)
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience 
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially EXCEL
• Good command in both English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Immediate available is preferred
