Responsibilities:

• Assist in the enhancement of all accounting processes, accounting policies process flow setting and writing
• With good experience of using IT systems in daily work
• Familiar with key accounting process flows and cycles and have good sense on internal control, always with operational improvements in mind
• Support Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly consolidated management reports
• Coordinate with different departments (e.g. Purchasing Team, Shipping Team, Customs Declaration Team, Finance Team in Hong Kong, China and Vietnam) in daily operations and the collection of information and reconcile transactions
• Perform any ad-hoc projects/assignments as requested

Requirements:

• Member of any international recognized accountancy body
• Minimum 4 years accounting experience in a sizable company with manufacturing and trading background, experience from MNC company is preferred.  Audit staff from CPA firms are also welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible, able to handle multi-tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at different levels
• Able to work in a fast pace working environment and willing to work overtime if needed
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Putonghua
