Responsibilities:

• Report to Financial Controller and manage the day-to-day operations of a team of accounting staff
• Lead the team to issue timely and accurate financial and management reports for decision making and performance evaluation purposes
• Provide financial, legal or tax advices in various system implementation / process improvement / corporate re-structuring
• Recommend new methods, procedures or workflow that improve efficiency or strengthen internal control
• Build and maintain good relationship with both internal business units and external stakeholders including banks, external auditors and tax consultants

• University graduate in Finance / Accounting
• Qualified accountant with a minimum of 10 years of accounting and audit experience in retail / service industry is a plus
• Sound knowledge of accounting standards and other regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and reporting skills and well-versed in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mardarin)
• Experience in SunAccount System is preferred but not essential
