Responsiblies :

• Assist the management in the setting up of new factory in Vietnam, from zero ground to operation, liaise with local officials to get approval of all the necessary documents in time
• Set up finance office, costing system, build and train VN finance team
• Perform and manage full spectrum of accounting functions of the factory
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with the accounting standards, company policies and legal requirements
• Compile monthly financial reports, tax report filing and performance analysis for management review
• Formulate, review and develop internal control procedures and policies of the factory
• Liaise with external auditors, legal and tax advisers
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 10 years working experience with at least 5 years in manufacturing sector, with overseas exposure preferable
• Responsible, positive, well organized, capable to communicate with all levels and work under pressure to meet deadline
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving and supervisory skills
• A good team player, highly analytical, independent and self-driven
• Station in Vietnam
