Job Responsibilities:

• Manage bank account opening/ closing/ signature updates for Hong Kong and overseas entities
• Deal with internal & external partners about bank related matters
• Handle daily cash flow management including preparing/ reviewing transaction
• Plan and modernize treasury process and policy
• Responsible for liaison with internal and external auditors
• Ensure the compliance of Treasury policy and SOX
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant under ACCA/HKICPA
• At least 3-5 years relevant treasury management experience, preferably from sizeable multinational corporations or financial institutions
• Experience in TMS implementation is an advantage
• Solid experience in cash management and foreign exchange
• Good knowledge in cash flow management, risk management
• Knowledge in accounting for intercompany transactions
• Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Word (Chinese & English),
• Positive, self-motivated, good analytical skills and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Accountant
