Requirements

• University graduate in Accounting Studies or equivalent
• 5 years experience in full set of accounts and financial reporting
• Solid experience in month-end closing, preferably in trading industry
• Well-organized, cheerful, self-motivated and sense of responsibilities
• Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Handle the daily accounting operation and full set of accounts
• Responsible for managing AP, AR functions and bank reconciliation
• Prepare closing reports such as balance sheet, P&L and financial statements
• Handle intercompany transactions and month-end closing with overseas offices
• Perform annual auditing coordination and assist in financial analysis as required
