Responsibilities

• Prepare Costing, Forecast & Budgeting report for Factory;
• Prepare P&L analysis for HK factory, budgetary control and provide insights on operation;
• Consolidate and analyze P&L, cost changes and expenses variance for monthly management meetings;
• Assist in month-end closing process, co-ordinate stock-take arrangements, liaise with auditors in connection with annual audit process;
• Assist in yielding review with R&D and Production Teams;
• Handle and process departmental invoices and petty cash from operation teams;
• Support on ESG data preparation;
• Ad-hoc projects/ assignments as required.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with professional accounting qualification;
• At least 5 years of financial analysis and manufacturing costing experience is preferred;
• Proficiency in MS Excel;
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details;
• Strong communication skills to cooperate with all levels of the organization;
• Familiar with Oracle, ERP system is a plus.
