Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting functions and transactions
• Responsible for AR/AP, Bank Reconciliation, cheques preparation and adjustment, etc
• Assisting for data input and maintain proper accounting records in the system
• Assisting in the preparation of financial and sales report, internal monthly closing and balance sheet
• Work with supervisor on internal control; ensure effectiveness and efficiency of company’s operation procedures, and create a reliable financial reporting system which is compliance with the laws, regulations and policies
• Manage and support ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by superior

 Job Requirements

•  Higher Diploma or Degree in Accounting discipline
• 1 year solid relevant working experience and fresh graduates are welcome
• Competent computer skills with high proficiency in Excel & ERP accounting system is preferred
• Good command of spoken & written Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• A good team player, independent with initiative, good sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Willing to learn and grow in the company
• Accounting Software: ABSS, Xero and ERP accounting system
