Requirements:

• Degree holder in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 2 years relevant experience in large scale infrastructure / tunnel projects
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word    

Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Management staff in prepare / draft correspondence
• Compiling various reports for management review periodically
• Liaison with various parties in critical issues
• Keep close communicate and relationships with stakeholders
