Our client is an international law firm with strong global presence, currently in search for a Payroll Analyst for their Finance Team in Hong Kong.

The role will be responsible for Payroll & AP processing, and pension & salaries tax filling.

Key responsibility:

• Register monthly payroll for around 350 employees with HK$30Mil paid, entering data to Payroll system
• Prepare filling for Hong Kong pension and salaries tax
• Ensure payroll processing and payments are done and delivered in a timely manner and synchronized in SAP and payroll systems
• Work closely with London office to handle partners distributions and remuneration related issues
• Liaise with regional teams and external agent to resolve related issues
• Processing AP related to payroll through entering data for AP and transactions
• Payment processing including payroll, pension, and related fee
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS), month-end and year-end journals
• Assist in preparing accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, audit schedules and monthly reports
• Ad hoc accounting and related work if requested

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting or related discipline
• 3-4 years of experience in payrolls and AP processing preferably in an MNC environment
• Good understanding of Hong Kong pension regulations and tax computation
• Experience in SAP and payroll software would be an advantage
• Proficient in English and Cantonese
• Good MS Excel skills
• Mature and accurate with a customer orientated mindset
• Integrity in dealing with information
