As part of an extremely stable HK Listed company's expansion plan, they are looking for a capable Deputy CFO or CFO to take the business to the next developmental stage. The most ideal candidate should have audit training in their earlier career and worked in the commercial field for at least 15-18 years in other HK Listed companies and is well versed with listing rules. This candidate is expected to take up Named Company Secretary.

Description

• Report to the CEO and Chairman
• To be accountable of full finance functions including accounting, budgeting and forecasting, management reports, tax planning, auditing, and compliance
• Supervise a team size of 15-20 people in Hong Kong
• To handle full spectrum of company secretarial services and advise the Board on compliance issues on Hong Kong Listing Rules
• Act as a finance business partner to the BU heads and Director group on the upcoming business strategy and plans
• To drive process efficiency and cost control projects
• Be the project lead for upcoming ERP system improvements

Profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA, ACCA)
• Audit background with at least 15-18 years in the commercial field
• Member of HKICS/ ICSA is a plus
• Open to non financial services industry sector
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong listing and compliance rules
• High levels of integrity, with a stable track record of progression from other HK Listed businesses
• Capable to manage a legacy finance team coupled with the ability to drive the necessary changes
