Job Description

• Handle full spectrum of HR duties, including payroll preparation, performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, training management and perform daily HR routine duties for Oversea regions Coordinate with overseas agencies to execute monthly payroll processing ;
• Responsible for developing and improving Employee handbook of overseas countries according to local regulations and internal policies .
• Manage HRIS Implementation and Maintenance;
• Support the implementation of relevant HR duties in overseas offices and perform ad-hoc projects as required.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years' relevant experience, preferably in telecom industry / sizeable companies. Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
• Willingness to learn and self-motivation will be highly recognized. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•  Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Immediate available is preferred.
