1. Responsible for full-cycle end-to-end recruitment activities for designed business units, from job posting, screening, interviewing to offer stage and onboarding.
2. Liaise with the business partners and hiring managers to understand the recruitment requirements.
3. Organize company events and employee engagement activities
4. Assist in C&B routines, including but not limited to monthly payroll, final payment, MPF administration, tax filing and leave management.
5. Monitor the execution of company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
6. Prepare headcount and periodical HR reports; conduct analysis from collected data
7. Create and maintain secure and confidential HR database and filing systems.
8. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate in Human Recourses Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 3 years’ HR generalist experience, preferably gained from multi-national companies.
• Well versed in employment related legal regulations and requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people of different levels and background.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Words processing.
• Customer oriented, proactive, able to handle multi-task and a good team player
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
