• Assist in HR duties including recruitment and selection, C&B administration, payroll, training & development, etc.;
• Assist in annual HR projects including budget preparation and performance management, etc.;
• Responsible for employee commencement and departure procedures including reference check, exit interview and final payment calculation, etc.;
• Foster employee communications, organization of company functions and employee relations activities;
• Prepare regular HR reports for management review;
• Responsible for ad-hoc HR projects e.g. career talks, employer branding activities;
• Any other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree in HR Management or related disciplines;
• 1 - 2 years' relevant working experience in HR field; Fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of both English and Chinese;
• Customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills;
• Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility.
