Job Description
- Degree holder or above, major in HRM or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years solid experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, preferably in sizeable non-government organization and knowledge of government subvention
- Substantial management experience in handling all-rounded HR functions
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and liaising skills, strong analytical mind and well organized
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Immediately available is preferred
