Responsibilities:

• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, staff caring program and community activities
• Compile employee communication materials, including internal newsletters, video assets, intranet and digitalized platform
• Assist in employer branding initiatives including social media exposures and external awards
• Collaborate with Zone HR on the company’s career website maintenance and internal reports
• Plan and organize corporate annual events
• Review and develop Human Resources policies and procedures
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Language Studies or related subjects
• A minimum of 4 years relevant working experience
• Self-starter, analytical and attentive to details
• Good team player and passionate about interacting with different people
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Knowledge in graphic design, photo or video editing would be an advantage

(Less experience candidate will be considered as Human Resources Officer.)
