Responsibilities:

• Manage the whole recruitment process (e.g. job posting, using social networking tools to source suitable candidates, reference checks etc.)
• Accurately manage and maintain the integrity of our candidate data in applicant tracking system (ATS) 
• Organize and conduct interviews
• Preparation of employment contracts and on boarding documentation
• Provide full spectrum of C&B functions including but not limited to payroll and benefit administration, tax filing and leave management
• Assist in preparing various analysis & reporting for management review
• Maintain the employee data are updated and accurate in Global & Local HRIS
• Other ad hoc tasks as required by direct manager

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Experience in a recruitment role is preferred
• High level of organizational skills and precision for attention to detail
• Able to handle multi-tasks and a good team player  
• Proficient in MS Office application especially Excel & PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
