Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to CE office department, mainly serve as the contact person to communicate with different teams
  • Organizing schedules, maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials and management reports
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Deal with confidential matters with a high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  • Coordinate logistics required for personal events, appearances, or activities
  • Manage business expenses, personal invoices, bill payment and insurance reimbursements
  • Assist in any other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above
  • With minimum 3 years' solid administrative and secretarial work experience 
  • Energetic, well-organised, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must,  Native in Mandarin is preferred
  • High adaptability and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to work under stress and tight deadline
