We are in search of a new colleague for our Hong Kong organization to take the responsibilities of the position of Sales Administration Officer.

You will be reporting to the Senior Channel Sales Manager and to provide administrative support to our sales team. You will serve as a point of contact for sales and other cross-functional teams with inquiries about the orders and the deliveries.

What you'll be doing:

• Support to issue sales documents in internal system (for discount/rebate/sponsorship) and SAP (for analysis) and infrastructure on day to day basis, collecting data, performing P&L analysis e.g. sponsorship offering and generating reports.
• Handles invoices, purchasing requisition forms and contract issuing.
• Provides product or service information to customers. Liaise with Airline companies and assist in logistics arrangements.
• Coordinates with the sales team and customers to ensure the fulfillment of clients’ requests.
• Arrange on-boarding for new joiners and off-boarding for team members.
• Provide training to new joiners on using relevant systems.
• Prepare and issue monthly sales commission reports.
• Issuing sales contracts.
• Monthly credit memo issuing and payment arrangement.
• To perform ad-hoc projects/tasks when required. 

What we're looking for:

• F.5 / DSE graduate or above.
• 3-5 years of work experience as a Sales Administrator.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, and good spoken English is an advantages.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel. Experience in SAP would be an advantage.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Administration Officer.
