Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in handling complex and confidential business activities as well as arranging meetings, schedules, travel itineraries, and related logistics;
- Assist to maintain HR-related records, such as staff movement records and staff personnel records, in a timely and accurate manner;
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as and when required.
Requirements:
- Undergraduates in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Able to work for 3-5 days per week;
- Good command of English and Mandarin;
- Able to work independently and manage multi-tasks at the same time;
- Hardworking, meticulous, good interpersonal and communication skills.
