Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with design teams to develop and explore intellectual property opportunities;
- Support in the research and analysis of inventions and patent information and to identify prior arts;
- Support in conducting patent research of intellectual property such as novelty search, infringement research to identify patent assets before patent application;
- Liaise with external parties such as attorneys and inventors to define patent specification, and follow up and review documents;
- Assist in registration and renewal of patent both locally and internationally;
- Perform administrative duties such as maintain database for IP, filing applications and granted patents.
Job Requirements:
- Associate Degree or above in any discipline;
- Knowledge in Engineering or IP will be advantageous but not a must ;
- Fresh graduate will be considered;
- Good command in both English and Chinese (include Mandarin);
- Highly sensitive to timelines and meeting deliverables;
- Willing to learn
- Candidate with suitable background and experience will be considered as IP Administrator.
