Job Description

Job Descriptions: 

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to purchasing team
  • Issue and follow up purchase orders and delivery
  • Vendors sourcing and maintain vendors database
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Diploma or above with 1 year work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, EXCEL and Chinese word processing
  • Self-motivated, good team player and willing to work under pressure
  • Good Command in spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
