Project Associate (Ref. 220704010)

[Appointment period: twelve months]

Duties

The appointee will assist the project leaders in the project “Strengthening the learning to learn element in the discipline-specific requirement subjects”. He/She will be required to:

(a)      plan and coordinate media production;

(b)      work with other staff to develop storyboards;

(c)      design and produce media products, including videos, animations and websites;

(d)      update and manage websites;

(e)      provide administrative support to the Centre’s activities; and

(f)       perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Centre or her delegates.

Qualifications

Applicants should:

(a)      have a master's degree in Media Production/Design or a good honours degree in a relevant field with three or more years of relevant post-qualification work experience;

(b)      possess experience in video/website production;

(c)      be skillful in using Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, etc.;

(d)      be a good team member in the development and implementation of the work;

(e)      have good communication and interpersonal skills; and

(f)       be proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
