Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up for audits / KPIs / survey subjects
• Exercise document control for all management systems
• Establish and arrange different quality related meetings and trainings
• Handle enquiries from both internal & external parties related to the quality management systems
• Carry out different internal audits
• Supporting and assisting in maintenance of ISO certificates

Requirements:

• Associate Degree / Diploma holder with 2 years relevant experience in property management, quality management or related fields
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Knowledge in quality management system is a definite advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Offices and Chinese Input Method is necessary
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Quality Management Officer
