Job Description
We are working a Global data center owner and operator in Hong Kong, and they are searching for a Customer Services/Account Manager for their professional customer service team to be based on in an existing Data Centre Project.
We need candidates with Service Management / Account serving experience in data center / telecom industries not only customer services.
The candidate must have worked as an accounts manager within the data centre or telecom sector.
The Customer Services Manager is responsible for managing the management and performance of the Customer Services Team and the delivery of key objectives within the business plan and new business developments (i.e. Initiative roll out and online portal). The Customer Services Manager will be the key person to solve any customer’s problems and offer prompt solutions.

Job Description:
- To review current process and procedure structure.
- To participate in frequent site team meetings to ensure work knowledge is being shared
- To support the management of the data cabling from point of entry onto site through the building and to point of termination through managing external carriers and contractors ensuing procedures
- To implement the company’s offering in terms of product definition and service description as directed.
- To build and maintain customer relationships through participating in regular meetings and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner
- By ensuring that customer-facing company policies and procedures are available and adhered to by the customer
- To provide post-sales reports and after-care to customers as requested, working in conjunction with the Operations team.
- To ensure the company’s service delivery is up to standard.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above is preferable
- At least 6 years of the relevant experience
- Customer Service experience gaining in Data Center industry is a MUST
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is essential
- Deal with the daily requirements of customers
- Handle different meetings on a regular basis
- Arrange and submit reports required by customer
- Resolve and handle emergencies such as incident cases
- Coordinate different departments to handle customer needs and solve problems
