Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support a full range of company secretarial duties and compliance matters
- Handle statutory filings and maintain company secretarial records
- Assist in organizing board and committee meetings
- Provide administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in relevant discipline
- 1-2 years’ relevant working experience
- Member of HKCGI is preferred
- Detail-minded and well-organized
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
