Recruitment Consultant will support our team with daily tasks and assist the team head in various functions. He / She will be assigned to the different recruiting desks (e.g. IT, Sales & Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Construction, etc.) to learn about all company functions and policies. Aims to groom you to become a leader in the recruitment industry.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle the full recruitment process
• Work closely with clients and provide suitable candidates
• Manage the interview process in an effective and professional manner and provide professional advice to both clients and candidates
• Build professional relationship with candidates and clients
• Develop knowledge on current market and industry trends relating to the industry or job functions
• Handle ad hoc projects 

Job Requirements

• Degree in any disciplines
• Think outside of the box and a result driven mentality.
• An eye for detail and observant Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and result-oriented environment
• Take initiative in various opportunities and willing to learn.
• Good team player and proactive, with great interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Recruitment Consultant.
