Responsibilities:

• Preparing of quotation, coordinate with manufacturer, vendors and suppliers
• Coordination with customers and logistics arrangement
• Liaise with different parties to provide timely and quality services 
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above with minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience 
• Proficiency in computer appliance with knowledge in MS Office & Chinese word processing
• Good command in both written & spoken English and Chinese
• A good team player with self-motivated and able to work in a fast-move environment
