Responsibilities:

• Help to design and deliver training programs including Orientation Training, Customer Service & Product Training, etc.
• Update and revamp training content including training outline, training content, evaluation tools.
• Support and coordinate the Mystery Shopper Program to ensure smooth arrangement
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through effective field coaching and regular shop visits;
• Produce training videos to enhance the effectiveness of the training programs
• Carry out training administration, such as preparing training materials, hand-outs and tools, assist in developing e-learning materials
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• Solid experience in training and development in luxury retails industry or sizable companies is an advantage;
• Good training sense in terms of course development, design and evaluation;
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Training Officer;
