• Assist in identifying learning and development needs for the Company and advise learning solutions to close performance and behavior gaps
• Design, develop, deliver and evaluate the effectiveness of training curriculum
• Coordinate the pre-and post-training logistics with internal or external parties to enable smooth delivery of training programme
• Maintain and update all training materials, records and related documentation
• Consolidate and prepare regular training reports
• Provide support to leadership and management development programmes
• Provide support to Graduate Trainees and Summer Internship Programmes
• Assist in the implementation of the Corporate Culture Initiatives
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

• Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management / Learning & Development/ Psychology/ Business management, with at least 5 years professional experiences in learning and development
• Exposure in the design and implementation of learning solutions for different levels of employees in sizeable organizations
• Experience in supporting the design of multi-media training materials will definitely be an advantage
• Creative, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Service oriented, high integrity, dynamic team player and open minded
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholders management, project management, training facilitation and debriefing skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
• Occasional travel to Mainland is required
• Candidates with Sales and Services Training Experience are preferable
