Mentor: Head of Distribution – Hong Kong

Programme Highlights:

The 8 weeks summer interns program is designed to provide students with an insight into Insurance industry through on-the-job training and mentoring.  You will join our Hong Kong Distribution Team, working with our sales and account management professionals. In this programme, you can learn the fundamentals of distribution and different kinds of insurance products knowledge and gain an exposure to a vibrant, fast-paced corporate environment.

• Contribute to the success of business growth and end-to-end business development process, experience how to ensure the enforcement of sales comply with internal compliance and regulatory requirements
• Provide administrative support to the team to implement sales reinforcement initiatives
• Responsible for data input and maintaining data integrity
• Assist in market research and gather insights in the industry
• Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as required 

Requirements:

• Non-final year graduate
• Open to all majors, with relevant work experience will be an advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Points
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and eager to learn
• Possess an extraordinary attention to details
• Good team player with strong Communication Skills
