Job Description
The Business Processing Team plays an important role in enhancing the client and Partner experience in terms of New Business application submission and Policy Services transactions. The position is a fast-paced role with a daily operational focus to process applications and administration speedily and accurately.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Focus on processing New Business Applications within our Service Level Agreement (SLA) with good quality and accuracy from end to end.
- Proactive daily interaction with internal and 3rd Party Financial Institutions on policy servicing applications required.
- Act as a go-to person and provide guidance for Partners on daily processing tasks aiming to achieve smooth and efficient processing.
- Take ownership to ensure processed information is accurately tracked in internal system (SalesForce); and documents are uploaded onto SharePoint or related systems.
- Understand, follow, and demonstrates compliance with SJP internal control standard.
- Improve for regulatory requirements and identify process that could be done more efficiently.
- Generate weekly reports for the management team.
- Take on ad hoc duties and projects assigned by managers.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant work experiences in financial industry will be an advantage
- Good time management
- Attention to details with proactive mindset
- Good team player
- Good oral and written communication in English
- Proficiency on Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
