Job Purpose:

“To be responsible for planning and execution of all Lane Crawford store design projects to ensure the design is innovative, world class and reflects the core DNA of the brand experience.”

Key Accountabilities:

In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Project Management

  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to plan and follow up projects to achieve objectives
  • To work closely with Store Design team on concepts and project plans and executes to meet the target objectives, budget and timelines
  • To work closely and regularly with the Maintenance team.
  • To coordinate and liaise projects guidelines and requirements are strictly following through
  • To leverage the Lane Crawford brand to get the best value in project development
  • To follow the direction and standard in project management systems to be adopted building for Lane Crawford projects and developing guidelines.
  • To support the Regional Hong Kong and China team with regular store maintenance meeting the Company’s standards
  • To coordinate with all projects and manage on time and within budget
  • To ensure all internal and external stakeholders comply with the highest Lane Crawford store design standards at-all-times

Requirements

  •        Around 2 - 3 years of working experiences in Project Management, Store Design Management etc.
  •        Degree holder in Architecture, Construction, Interior Design related discipline would be ideal.  
  •        Good knowledge in MS Office and MS Windows., AutoCAD and design software etc.
  •        Experience in writing business requirement / technical documentation
  •        Strong command of spoken and written skills in English, Cantonese
