Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain good business relationships with partners to drive their support and interest
- Drive and support to achieve business target via digital initiatives with bank partners to increase adoption and enhance customer experience - Support to implement appropriate initiatives, operational activity and best practice according to partners’ needs to achieve business goals
- Communicate and liaise internal stakeholders to smooth out the Digital and IT projects from business point of view
- Use of data insight to develop marketing strategies or campaigns
- Support on design and production of marketing collaterals to ensure they meet/beyond market standard
- Assist with the Senior Manager to develop new sales proposition ideas for Bancassurance channel and deliver it in sharing forum, stakeholder meeting and digital channel
- Steer discussion with Bancassurance team to ensure product’s marketability, form sales stories, seek market’s feedback on the products and react with potential solutions to support business growth opportunity
- Collect stakeholders feedback and enquiry and turn them to materials for channel communication
- Keep an up-to- market information such as trends, competitors’ activities and product details for strategic planning and ad hoc initiatives
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurer or financial industry
- Experience in campaign management with good understanding of digital marketing and analytics
- Creative minded, detail-oriented, good project management and presentation skills
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
