Job Responsibilities：

• Co-ordinate and manage documents in the aspect of typesetting, translation, design and printing
• Communicate accurately and effectively with clients, vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of documents to customers
• Provide professional services to our customers and manage client requests and expectations 

Job Requirements：

• DSE or above
• At least 1 year work experience in project management or customer service, particularly in financial printing
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Self-motivated, good attitude, responsible and able to work as a team player
• Good Command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willing to work overtime (with pay)
• Willing to work on shift duties / overnight shift (with allowance)
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior position
