Job Description
Our client, a Japanese financial institution, is looking for a Officer / Clerk to join their company.
Job Duties:
Daily duties
- Check bank statement before 10AM via SWIFT
- Prepare instruction for payments and receipts
Back Office Job including Deposit / Wire Transfer / Computer / General Affairs
- Handle transaction for inwards / outwards wire transfer, current account including payment of inward clearing cheque, cheque deposite or transfer
- Prepare the daily transaction report etc
Administration
- Prepare weekly schedule etc
General affairs - Control expense
- Manage invoice, receipts and update ledgers etc
- Bind the monthly receipt file
- Assist Managers for preparing budget for next term
Ad-hoc - Serve tea to guest - Deliver documents in case driver / messenger is in absence or not around etc
Requirement:
・Diploma or above
・1 year of relevant working experience would be preferred
・Be able to focus and input date without mistake
・Know about Japanese company culture
・Sincere and dedicated to job
・Fresh graduates are welcome (Senior staff member will guide you)
