Responsibilities:
Assist in developing fraud risk framework and revamping current policies and guidelines;

Evaluate and enhance effectiveness of fraud risk management process; and strengthen and formulate controls and measures;

Maintain effective communication and coordination within the Bank Group on risk management matters;

Lead internal business units to conduct investigations and carry out necessary actions;

Assist in updating and preparing management reports for Senior Management and minutes for Risk Committee; and

Perform other ad hoc projects or assignments.

Requirements:
University Degree holder in Risk Management, Operation Management, Finance or related disciplines;

At least 8 years’ relevant experience in fraud risk management, fraud case handling or internal control in banks or FIs;

Good knowledge of practices of investigations and workplace safety, current security technology including access control, CCTV, identification and special applications;

Familiar with banking regulatory requirements and market practice on fraud risk management;

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, data analytical and presentation skills;

Good analytical mind and able to work independently under pressure;

Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including speaking Putonghua
