Job Description

 Your Responsibilities:

  • As primary point of contact for assigned customer base
  • Maintain regular contacts and policy review meetings for our valued clients
  • Support our customer first and client retention strategies

 We look for:

  • Tertiary / University level education
  • At least 5 years customer service or relevant experience in the financial industry
  • Passed IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 5, with professional insurance qualification is a plus
  • Strong customer orientation, with effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager
