Our client is an online trade finance platform in Asia, connecting corporates with capital market to unlock business potential. Headquartered in Hong Kong,

Duties:

• Manage a team of Relationship Managers
• Develop the strategies that will help RMs to obtain new clients
• Analyze the credit applications, ongoing account conduct monitoring and facility utilization
• Drive a high-performance sales culture across RMs (e.g., technical and soft skills coaching)
• Collaborate across key stakeholders for internal approval to execute transactions
• Ensuring the relevant Management Information are up to date and available for Senior Executive reporting (e.g. Sales Performance, Pipeline management, calling activity etc.)
• Deputize for the Chief Commercial Officer

Requirements

• 8-12 years relevance experience in Commercial Banking
• Experience in acquiring new clients and track record in the growth of a portfolio
• Experience in team leading
• Trade Finance Product and Corporate Credit knowledge in loans and trade products
• Self-motivated with good communication skills
• Strong communication skills with good spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
