Job Description
- F5 or above
- Holder of Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent is an advantage
- Equip with T1 qualification and Safety Supervisor Certificate
- At least 5 years solid site experience in building renovation projects (prefer in railway projects)
- Supervise and manage site issues (including quality, safety, environment), the construction drawings, work with sub-contractors in different trades & follow up the site progress, etc
- Willing to work at night shifts depending on project’s nature
- Mature, proactive and strong interpersonal skill
- Sound knowledge of computer skills

- 最少 5 年地盤管理有關建築維修及金屬工程經驗, 有鐵路工程優先考慮
- 負責地盤監督品質及安全環保事項, 處理施工圖, 與各項分判商工作聯絡及跟進進度等工作
- 按工作需要或須夜班工作
- 成熟、主動、具良好人際溝通技巧
- 懂一般電腦知識
