We have an exciting opportunity to join VSL as a Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Responsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties
• Responsible for interim payment application, certifying sub-contractor's payment, valuation of variation and final account settlement
• Prepare and compile the cost data for contractual claims
• Liaise and coordinate between internal departments (e.g. Tendering, Production and Cost Control team) and sub-contractors in respect of the progress and contracts

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in main contractor / sub-contractor
• Solid experience in Ground Investigation works, Civil Engineering / Building Construction projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Self-motivated with good working attitude and sense of responsibility
