Responsibilities:

• building and coordination of a team of electricians;
• coordination with venues for lighting installation arrangements;
• detail monitoring the lighting installation progress;
• continuous reporting & assistance to the Project Coordinator & General Manager;
• window of constant communication & report to Client PMs;
• assist in drafting of  bills of quantities / quantity survey / preparing the lighting orders;  
• monitoring and reporting on lighting installation schedule for multiple venues in Hong Kong;
• daily interaction with the Smart Lighting partner team;
• deal & attend meetings with Architects, Clients, Project Managers & General Contractors;
• weekly direct reporting to the company General Manager;

• REW (Grade A)
• Proficient in PC: Autocad (2D), MS Office (Word/Excel/PPT); 
• Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English;
• Understanding of LED lighting; 
• Capability in building and managing a local team of Electricians within Hong Kong S.A.R.;
• technical background is preferred;
• Experience within Hong Kong Government projects is preferred;
