Job descriptions and responsibilities: 

• Be responsible for ensuring the safety of all activities at worksite and ensure that accidents and incidents are reported in accordance with the Company Policy;
• Support the assigned Project Manager with the effective implementation of the Site Safety Management System, Quality Management System, Inspection and Test Plans;
• Monitor, report and keep full records on site activities, labour attendance, daily site report, and document submission;
• Establish and maintain a positive community relationship with main contractors, subcontractors and consultants;
• Record as built conditions on drawings and issue back to Project Department and design team;

Job Requirements: 

• Perform damage and non-compliance reporting and materials re-ordering;
• Form 5 / HKDSE, with at least 4 year's working experience in curtain walls / aluminium / steel work / Curtain wall façade system;
• Holder of TCP T1 certificate is highly preferred;
• Able to learn and practice for supervising quality, progress and safety of façade installation;
• Good team player, quality-and-detail oriented, good communication skills;
• Well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure;
• Less experience candidate will be considered for the position of Assistant Site Supervisor.
