Responsibilities:

• Working with Designers to develop and coordinate infrastructure design models in Civil 3D and Revit and present those models on sheets for documentation purposes.
• Modelling of existing infrastructure required for coordination and to put new designs into context
• Assisting Engineers with coordination and clash detection exercises
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
• Take the lead on developing discipline specific BIM modelling content i.e. families and explore automation opportunities using Dynamo, sub assembly composer, part builder, infrastructure parts editor, Revit families and other tools
• Provide over the shoulder training, developing and shadowing to staff
• Support daily model management administration and maintenance and check they comply with project BIM and drawing standards
• Work under direction of design professionals and the BIM manager

• 10 years plus experience working on large multidiscipline Infrastructure projects for HK Airport, MTRC, HK Government, Contractors and Developers.  
• In depth knowledge and experience of using Civil 3D and Revit with BIM360 to develop, coordinate and document infrastructure designs i.e. tunnels, bridges, highways, airfield runways and taxiways, grading models, utility networks. 
• Knowledge and experience of using Navisworks for clash detection would be an advantage
• Proactive team player who wants to develop their career goals and push the boundaries
• Highly IT literate with excellent command of standard office software.
