Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager to work on the M&E design and site works for various
major A&A projects of the Group’s investment properties - Responsible for tendering, costing, coordination and procurement of building
services contracts as well as coordination with internal departments - Supervise site works of building services and systems interface and
handle project administration
- Degree holder in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ solid experience on building services, preferably gained in retail
malls & office - Familiar with all kinds of building services systems, conversant with AutoCAD
- Able to work independently and strong sense of responsibility
- Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
