Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor and supervise the operation of MVAC system as well as related corrective, preventive maintenance and enhancement projects
- Manage in-house teams and contractors to fulfill building operation needs
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 4 years' relevant solid experience
- Experienced in handling tender document preparation and compilation
- Experience gained in large scale commercial complex will be an advantage
